Aaron Hildreth, D.C.
Office Chiropractor
Doctor Aaron Hildreth is a Chiropractor at Restore Family Chiropractic. Dr. Hildreth began pursuing a chiropractic education by completing an Exercise Science bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Iowa. Dr. Hildreth pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer Chiropractic located in Davenport, IA. He worked as a radiology intern, developing skills at radiographic studies to better serve patients through the use of x-ray. Outside of techniques taught exclusively to Palmer students, Aaron also became proficient in Sacrooccipital Technique and Torque Release Technique., both of which are incorporated into his focus of Structural Restoration. ​

He is also a professor at Palmer College of Chiropractic where he teaches pediatrics to future Chiropractors.

Outside of the office, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, and kids, Raya & Hayden, as well as going to McBride Park with their dog Dakota. He enjoys being outside, and spending time with friends and family.
Lyv Frake, D.C.
Office Chiropractor
Dr. Lyv Frake is a passionate and dedicated chiropractor with a heart for serving growing families. Specializing in perinatal and pediatric care, Dr. Lyv uses gentle, specific techniques tailored to support the unique needs of infants, children, and expecting parents. With advanced training and certifications, their approach combines clinical expertise with a deep respect for the body's natural ability to heal and thrive.

When not in the office, Dr. Lyv enjoys unwinding with a good book, leveling up in their favorite video games, staying active at the gym, and never saying no to a great cup of coffee. They are thrilled to be part of the Restore Family Chiropractic team and feel honored to serve such a vibrant and diverse community.

Katie Hildreth
As Dr. Aaron's wife, You may see Katie in the office from time to time. She will spend some days helping the office run smoothly. Her full time career, however, is working at the University of Iowa Hospitals as a nurse in the Pediatric Specialty Clinic. She enjoys reading books, drinking coffee, and spending time with others.
